I had passed my assessment, pre recorded video interview, and made it to the final round. Finished the round and wasn't selected because my star answers weren't clear or concise, they state other candidates had better examples of time management and managing fast pace environment with transferable skills when I prepped so much for my final interview!! I even used chat gpt to write my situations "concise" and so idk why they think it wasnt when it was. I also at the end of each star question example would say "This experience demonstrated my time management skills" etc to HIGHLIGHT and tie it back to what they were looking for. I really thought I nailed my interview cause I provided really good answers that did show transferable skills I possess that could transfer over to this position. They rely too heavy on this targeted star method cause after this I'm completely turned off, one of these other companies with the same entry level position I feel like would have a better chance at hiring you then progressive. Their feedback is contradictory cause I gave them EXACTLY what they were looking for in star format and see others had same issues. How much more concise can it be if chat gpt made it concise for me? Lol
