3 step interview process- step 1: interface designed to guide you through a sneak peak of the progressive service agent portal. Step 2: pre recorded interview that asks you questions, to which you then record your answer to (2 tries per Q). Step 3- Call interview ( to ask follow up questions/and or provide you an initial offer that you may counter). The entire process took me 3 months due to the training class being pushed back a month and finding the right time to train all new hires around the same time. They use STAR format for interview questions.
