Once you submit your resume you might be chosen to take an assessment. This took me about an hour to complete and asks many questions but nothing too difficult. I received an email the next day telling me I would be moving on and schedule a phone interview. I scheduled my interview for a week later and they will ask you behavioral questions in STAR format. They are very nice and professional. I was told on the phone I would move on to the next step which is starting my background check and schedule an in person interview. With the background check monitor your email everyday to make the process move faster and efficiently. I scheduled my on site interview for a week later and was in STAR format and lasted about an hour with more behavioral questions. I received a phone call a week later with an offer. I will be happy to start next month. Progressive is known to have a long process. They are very thorough but they want the right person. Lastly know why you want to work here and that will help you in the interviews.
