People who interviewed me are nice. the interview followed by STAR interview style. Sample behavior quesions such as tell me a situation you work in a group, a bad dicision you made before, why should we hire you.... make sure you tell them in detail what action you took in your example.

it was a phone screening with alot of behavioral based star questions. they were looking for a beggening middle and end to a story. i would brush up on employee and team conflicts
