Online video recording interview that focuses on the STAR method. Process is far too vague and easily filters quality candidates based on a standardized metric. Recording up to a three minute response as to how your past experiences translate to success for a glorified paper pushing job only to be told your experiences don't exemplify a necessary track record of applicable skills for a trainee position, all while holding a bachelors degree that prepares one for this type of position, does not make any sense.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
