It was a recorded STAR interview. It was very impersonal and produced no results. Personal interviews are more important and produce better results. The interview consisted of about ten questions. I was given one minute to think of an answer and then I was recorded while I answered the question.

Progressive uses the star format. They will most likely ask a negotiation question, time management and adaptability question. You have to set your answer up in the situation task action and result.

Star format, virtual, background checks. If you’re prepared an overall easy experience. Interviewer was pleasant, quick response after interview, the offer letter did take forever to receive and background checks also were delayed.

The initial interview process is by video. This form of interview gives you time to think and structure your answers. You also have at least two times to record your response and submit your answer.
