Entretien
First I was asked to take an assessment with some fairly easy math and personality questions. I passed that and an email was sent requesting me to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview was 10/26. The recruiter started with standard questions such as why I wanted to leave my current position then she asked 7 STAR questions.
To be honest, I thought I had bombed the phone interview. A few hours later I received an email to start my background check. I did not want them contacting my current employer so they requested w2s and check stubs.
The following day, the recruiter called me and said they were pushing me forward for an in person interview which I had today 10/29. The in person interview was conducted by the claims supervisor who was present and a claims manager over the phone. Again they opened with standard questions followed by maybe 6 STAR questions. I asked when I would hear back and she said they like to be quick so hopefully by 11/6.
This afternoon I received a call from the recruiter stating I got the job! I start 11/16. Overall the experience was great and the process moved fast. The STAR questions are a bit difficult as sometimes its hard to come up with a good example but do your best and be as articulate as possible.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
