The interview process was very simple and straight forward. The entire process took about 4 weeks. First I received an email with a link to complete an untimed online assessment. In about 3 days, I received another email to schedule a phone interview, which followed STAR method. Then, in about a week, I received an email invitation to come to the onsite interview for two days. I met with 6 people and everyone was nice and professional. Then I received an offer letter within 72 hours that followed.

Standard behavioral (STAR format) interview. Several questions that generally do not directly relate to the job. It really seems as though they use the same set of questions for all jobs, spanning customer service, claims, IT, etc.

Entretien
I interviewed as a college student. All of the questions were STAR based interview questions. If I recall properly there are two phone interviews and then there is a final all day interview at their headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. The all day interview consists of separate interviews with 3-4 different managers. The questions themselves were not difficult and overall it was fairly straight forward.
