The interview process is long took about a month… some parts tend to happen faster than others. Here is my timeline - 6/14/23 I applied - There was no assessment as I’ve applied before and did not need to re-do. 6/15/2023 video interview request - This is completed with HireVue and is 8 questions, all are STAR based. You have two attempts to record each question, very fair process. 6/19/2023 - I completed video interview. 6/23/2023 - I was asked to set up live interview. 6/30/2023 Scheduled Interview - This interview was done virtually and scheduled for 30 minutes, also had STAR based questions along with full description of position and responsibilities. 07/11/2023 - Offered Position

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
