It is a very long process. I filled out an app 3 weeks ago online. One week later, i received an email for an online assessment. The next day i was told I passed and someone would be in touch. A week and a half later i was told to go on website and schedule a phone int. all of those emails were automated, not from an actual person. During the phone int. they stated that I had to go to AZ for two training if chosen. I think they do that to rule out people with kids. They also told me that they may not have a position open for a month
