I was referred by my friend and I was contacted within 5 days. I got an email confirming that my resume had been received and I was invited to take a personality and IQ test. Those results were positive. I got a phone interview and was called back within 2 hours of the phone interview and invited for an in person interview. I heard back from the recruiter approximately 2 weeks with an offer, however during that 2 week wait, I was contacted by the background unit consistently to confirm information that they were confirming with my former employers. Overall, the process went very smoothly.
