Follow the STAR Format, and take your time. Review all questions on glass door and have detail examples. Such as what was the problem and how you resolved the issue. They would also like to know how organized you are.

On November 29, I received phone call pertaining to background. (FYI if you have a disorderly conduct, you will yellow flag and do not meet company policies). My background check was completed on 12/02/2021 the day before start date and advised that I did not pass the background, paperwork will be sent out and I should dispute if I have any question.
Was a very discouraging situation due to working very hard for the interview, not a felony but a misdemeanor to keep you from receiving the position and you have never had an issue before working for Banks or other insurance companies. Along with preparing for the interview and getting the position and then have it snatch away by someone judging you off a paper they glanced at. Put in notice with previous position with bank to give a proper 2 week notice and now Christmas time and have to figure it out.
I hope every situation is not like mines and I hope no one ever has to deal with the situation .

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
