The steps in the Hiring and Interview process were as follows:
1. Online Application (about an hour to complete)
2. Online Assessments (Math, Psych, etc., very detailed)
3. Phone Interview (STAR based questions, don't forget to do company research before this!)
4. In-Person Interview (STAR based, RESEARCH, PREPARE, PRACTICE, AND RESEARCH!!!)

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it
