Applied online. Received a request for phone interview approximately 1-2 weeks afterward. Interview with the recruiter lasted approximately 30 minutes. I found this recruiter to actually be knowledgeable about the position she was recruiter for. I was asked the usual behavior-situation type questions. Make sure you are well informed about the company and your reasons for applying for the position. Was told I would hear from them by the end of the week regarding the next step. Next training session would began in January 2014.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Entretien
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
