This process was rather lengthy. I applied about a month ago. Got an email to take an assessment. Once you complete it, you’ll know within 24 hours of you passed or not. If you did, your resume will be sent for review by HR. They reached out to me the next day to set up a phone interview. The lady I interviewed with was very stern. Didn’t seem to show much emotion. Almost seemed as if she was disinterested. However, don’t let that get you down. Just be yourself and answer your questions honestly. After the phone interview it went quiet for about a week or so. I received an email to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager. 3 days later which was this morning, I had my interview and felt very confident. Said I would know something by the end of next week. After a few hours I received a call from the first person I interviewed with and got an offer!! Don’t get intimidated! Just be open and show your personality!
