After the intial submission of my resume and app, I completed an on-line personality/IQ test. I found it to be fairly easy, and takes about 50-60 minutes to complete. Upon completion, I was notified by e-mail I'd passed and that a recruiter would be contacting me to setup a phone interview. I was contacted within two days and my phone interview was setup for two days later. They do inform you the recruiter will ask behavioral based questions. You can also view examples of these types of questions on their website. The phone interview for myself, was quite extensive. I have eight years of previous work experience with a very well known company, so I feel as if she was really curious as to why I chose to leave. This part of the interview process, from my perspective, is to weed out people. Bring your "A" game. Be personable and upbeat, and show your enthusiam for the position. Make sure you answer all questions as thorough and precise as possible. At the end of my phone interview, she let me know she was passing me along for the final face to face interview. That interview was scheduled for the very next week. The face to face interview questions are very similar to the phone interview questions. However, for myself, this interview was more relaxed. I was really able to show my personality and interest in the company. My advice for this section is to make sure you ask tons of questions which shows your interest and knowledge of the company. Within a week, I was informed that the manager who did my face to face interview was extremely impressed with my interview, and she offered me a position. I accepted. The only thing I needed to wait on was my background check to clear. This was the most time consuming part of the process. It took approximately 4 weeks for my background check to clear. Overall, I had a great interview experience with each person I came in contact with. They will keep you informed in where they are in the hiring process, step by step.
