Entretien
Applied for both Inbound Call Center and Sale Representative and got refer to take the Inbound Call Center since my experience would fit better with this one. Took the assessment 2 days after submitted my application and 5 days later got a phone call to arrange for the phone interview the next day. Just finished with my phone interview and was told to wait till the end of the next day for the result. I am still waiting for the email. The lady who interviewed was very nice and informative and it took about 30 minutes. Standard questions but I guessed I was too nervous and rambling on lots of time so I guess I did not do well.
