The process was very lengthy and the people interviewing seemed disinterested in participating in the process. They all had formulaic questions and were only interested in formatted responses. There were multiple levels of interviewing.

Long process with fact scenarios given and had to present the same to various levels of management. Basically had to conduct an initial case evaluation. Scenarios given for each area of work.
