STAR Technique. Not difficult at all. I did do my research on the Progressive and there interviewing process and found behavioral type interview questions that related to a administrative assistant position. I made a list of behavioral type questions and wrote out my answer. I practiced and just prepared.

The first step is a recorded screening interview, where you are shown a question and have to record your response to it. You get a couple of tries to record it in case you don't like how you answered the first or second time. Questions are not too difficult and are focused on how you react and behave in certain situations rather than targeted questions about your work experience. Then there are two virtual interviews with managers. They are scheduled for an hour and you will likely need the full hour. Progressive interviews are centered around STAR questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). They actually provide a list of sample questions on their interviewing page and it would be very smart to visit their website to help you prepare. Each STAR question must be answered in that format, where you describe the situation you were in or task that needed to be done, the action you took, and the result of that action. It sounds daunting, but if you take the time to prepare some answers to the sample questions, it won't be so bad.
