Process very detailed and structured well.
May 25 2016 applied via indeed.com. Did not need to do assessment since I was a returning applicant from a few years back.
May 26 2016 request for phone interview
June 2 2016 phone interview conducted. Standard review of resume and qualifications. Detailed info about the position applying for and salary and training requirements. Asked about 5 STAR questions. Situation. Task or Action. Result. Pretty straightforward. Informed I had did well on the interview and was being pushed to the next round of F2F interviews.
June 3 2016 request for background check.
June 4 2016 set up appointment for in person interview.
June 28 2016 in person interview at local office with claims director. Last about 45 minutes. Very thorough. Reviewed resume and qualifications again. Asked about 10 STAR questions. Friendly atmosphere. Very nice office staff.
Sometime next week I will hear back hopefully with a job offer!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
