A lot of focus on negative questions.
Each interviewer approaches differently but they often cram upwards of 7 behavioral based questions into 45 minutes or an hour
Interviewers often don't connect and it's treated like a test
Hiring managers are required to give feedback but never receive ongoing training nor do they get rated.
HR is usually involved.
It's not as conversational and comfortable.
It's very sterile as it's expected consistency is more important to avoid risk

Targeted selection process where they ask for handling of specific examples and scenarios. First round of interviews included two people; hiring manager and the HR professional. Each interview was held in the individuals office for an hour each.
