The interview process was long but very nice and professional. I was put through an initial phone screening, then a soft skills interview with senior members of the team. After that I was given a coding task which involved connecting to the web API the product the team is responsible for. After that I got invited to a final interview with more members of the team from overseas in which I was asked more technical programming questions. I got an offer a few days later. While I was interviewing for a Junior position, they had decided it was appropriate to open an 6-month internship position just for me, as according to them, they don't usually hire university graduates with no experience I had apparently impressed the team with my technical knowledge and willingness to learn even throughout the interview process so they were willing to invest into developing my skills and potentially bringing me on permanently.
