I submitted my application and several weeks later, an email appeared directing me to take an assessment. The assessment was the oddest thing I have ever had to do and frankly had nothing to do with talent. It has me proofread to find errors, again, nothing to do with recruitment. Nonetheless, I did the assessment and received a message that someone will follow up in 3 days. I reached out and heard nothing, it's been more than 3 weeks. Save your time and don't waste the effort to apply to this company.
