Interviewed twice and met with two people each time. They were friendly and provided a good overview of company culture and the nature of the work. I determined that it was a different line of work than what I was originally searching for and so I didn't pursue further

A recruiter reached out to me, coached me a few times on how to interview and what to say. The talent acquisition interviewer from PRP did not show up for the initial interview, which was the first red flag. For the rescheduled interview, she showed up 10 minutes late, which was another red flag. She seems too preoccupied with whatever she had going on, so when I started answering her questions, I felt like she wasn't even paying attention. Honestly, this company was a red flag from the very beginning. Even if I was offered, I wouldn't have accepted. They're too old school and unwilling to implement new ways of analyzing data and negotiate.
