Somewhat challenging, but nothing too bad. I interviewed in September of 2021. I was reached out to quickly. Interview went positive. I liked the team. I thought the international dynamic was interesting

Staff level final round. Had 4 rounds, 2 technical, 1 behavioral, 1 system design. Technical rounds were easy, but frontend interview had 2 parts, I only finished 1 part. Behavioral was with a director of engineering

Question 1
Asked me to design a notification system during system design round
1. Call with the HR - general question 2. Call with the department head - talk about my experience and generally about the product. 3. Technical call - Javascript pair programming questions and easy DSA question. The two interviewers seem pretty inexperience but really friendly and the atmosphere was also pretty chill. They assumed I was inexperienced because I used for loop instead of forEach. Had a good chuckle over that one. Overall I'd say average to easy difficulty.

The process was fast. Recruiter Štepán was always helpful and he made sure that I got any important information as fast as possible. Everything was arranged to be a good experience.
I got a chance to meet some of my future teammates, TL, and a manager which is great. They were all transparent and answered every question. Their questions were also reasonable and focused on important things.

Question 1
I was asked to write a function to solve a reasonable problem. We discussed my design and the implementation, and then I got a few more follow-ups. It was very close to a normal work task. We could all test if we would enjoy working together.
