After the initial screening process, I had a round directly with the co-founder. The interview was pretty interesting and the conversation was fruitful as well. The sad part about the organisation and the process is that its not professional. I was told that I’ll be given a task on the basis of which I will then be given a decision. Not only I had to wait for 4 days while I was conveyed that the task will be given in a day. After 4 days, of which I took follow ups twice I directly received a mail about not being selected. I would have respected the company more given it would have followed the process better. Note : Please take more responsibility with the interview process.
