J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) en mars 2022
Entretien
Was a long and tedious process that left me feeling like my time was wasted. The pay band was laughably low. I did enjoy the conversations I had with other managers. Surprised that Procore is keeping people at this rate. If any managers are reading this, ask for a raise or apply elsewhere - you can make a lot more money to be a true people manager instead of a project manager on top of people management.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to give feedback/difficult news to an employee or coworker. How did it go? How was it received? What would you do differently, if anything?
I'm sorry that you had a negative experience interviewing with us. Interview process was really casual and they made me feel right at home. The people that interviewed me seemed genuine and it aligned with their values. I got the impression they were more focused on a strong culture fit and they believed the rest could be taught.
