I met with the recruiter, the manager, the team and the department head. All interviews were fairly straightforward and everyone was pretty nice. I did not get the job, which is okay. It happens. What I did not appreciate was that the team missed every followup deadline they stated. If I was told I'd hear back in a week, I'd hear back in two. After the last interview where I was told I was a strong candidate, I never heard back. I don't have any hard feelings. I wish everyone there the best. I do wish that I could have been notified. I don't expect notification when I just phone screen, but it is tough to spend 4 pretty positive interviews and never hear back.
