They seem to have nothing but time for the interviewing process. So they will waste your time. After four interviews over several Days, and a requested powerpoint presentation on my part, I received universal positive feedback on my interviews and cultural fit. I was then rejected because I lacked a key type of experience ? Could they not read my resume? My linked profile. Symptomatic of a dis-organized immature management team in Canada, I suppose . Really a complete waste of time talking to incompetent hiring managers.

Five stars. Team was very professional and interview process was thorough. They were very responsive with questions I had. I had three interviews with three different team members. Each team member welcomed me on LinkedIn before I joined.

Long, painful, and waste of one's time. Multiple inside recruiters not talking to one another. All I heard is how great I was and yet position after position filled with others.

The interviewer (based in Austin) for my position in Carpenteria seemed to be going through the motions with questions and seemed thoroughly uninterested in my candidacy. I had done a lot of research and preparation to interview with the company as I really liked the corporate culture. However, she seemed predetermined that I wasn't the right candidate from the beginning and kept telling me that I was overqualified for the position and that I would be bored. Very disappointing process.
