      This was hands down the most professional yet friendly interview process I have ever had. It was as streamlined as possible for a large company, and every single person I dealt with was kind, welcoming, clear & transparent about next steps. At no point was I left in the dark or misled in any way. Seriously set the bar for interview standards for me going forward. Nice job y'all! 1. Applied online through Glassdoor. Received an email the next day to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. 2. Phone call with recruiter - about 10 minutes. Just a standard initial phone screen where she asked a little bit about my background, what I was looking for, etc - to see if I might be a good fit & if moving forward made sense 3. Video Interview with CSM at the New York office (I was interviewing remotely) - about 30 min long; again, he went over the company, why it's special & why the culture and work climate stand out, gave me an overview of the role; asked me questions & gave me a chance to ask questions. He made a point to note specific things about me throughout the interview - applauding my enthusiasm for the role, reinforcing things I had said - showing that he was very clearly engaged & attentive, and was actually listening 4. On-Site Interview - The Company brought me to the NY office for a 2-hr long interview (30 min each with four different people, either on the customer success or implementation team). The whole process was very friendly, relaxed, fairly informal while also being efficient and effective. They asked a lot of questions that would indicate whether I am a good personality fit / whether I would meld well with the company culture (this seems very important) - also asked for anecdotal examples from prior examples, etc. (see specific questions below). They gave me a tour of the office, asked about my accommodations, offered me snacks & beverages, and were overall EXTREMELY pleasant, formidable & friendly. I left the interview feeling relaxed and very excited! No curve ball questions - they weren't trying to trick me. Only allow me to showcase my skillset and convince them that I was the right candidate for the job.
