I had two phone calls with different employees where we talked about my experience, interests, reasons for applying, etc. I was also able to ask questions about their jobs, the company, departments, culture, what would be expected of me, and more. Both calls were pretty casual and everyone I spoke with was personable, considerate, informative, and helpful. It was great to hear more about the company, department, and specific jobs/tasks as I applied without any real prior knowledge.

Most of the questions were about why I was interested in Procore, in the specific job, what experience I had doing anything related to the job, what general experience I had, what classes I'd taken that gave me transferable skills or taught me any pertinent information, some personality questions, etc.

Entretien
Fairly direct interview process. Was screened by the recruiting coordinator then invited to interview via phone. I got past the phone interview and was invited to interview with three people from the company. I ended up only interviewing with two. We sat outside and both were very casual.
