      Overall the interview process was detailed and fast! I received an email the day after submitting an application online and having an employee referral submitted. The email was from a Customer Success recruiter wanting to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was scheduled for the following week. On the phone, we went over my work experience, why I chose to apply to Procore, and questions. The feel of the phone conversation was really to see if I met the basic job requirements and if I knew about the company I was applying for. At the end of the call, she informed me that I was invited for an on site interview. The on site was scheduled for the following week - total of 2.5 hours, 3 different people, and tour of campus. When I arrived on campus I felt extremely welcomed and loved seeing the grounds. Interviews were quick and very personable! All covered my career goals, work background, personality traits, and questions. From there, I was planned to have a third interview via Skype with the VP of Customer Success at the end of the same week - however I received a call that day and got the job offer instead. The experience was extremely positive and fun. I would recommend really thinking about your personal career goals and how Procore fits in to them before going in to each interview. It's all about growth and ambition! Prep unique questions as well for each person you interview with.

      The interview process was an enjoyable experience. The communication between the recruiter and I was very friendly and timely. I started with a phone screening from the recruiter. After, she set me up with a phone interview for the next day with a current Customer Success Coordinator. The following business day, I got scheduled for an onsite interview which took place within that week. During the onsite, I was greeted warmly and given a brief tour of the office. They offered me water/coffee to make me more comfortable. I had three back to back 30-minute interviews with the director and a few managers. Each was very pleasant and flowed more like a conversation than a Q&A. I received an offer a week later.
