I applied directly on their website and received an email right away, but didn't have initial interview for weeks after. They take the hiring process exceptionally seriously! There were several rounds of interviews in total that took about 4+ months. The first couple were their internal recruiters phone-screening, lasting about an hour each. Very pleasant and professional, quite thorough. I went to regional office for the next two in-person interviews, this time with who would me my direct manager, and next separately to sit with their director as well. Final round was at corporate HQ office with a full team - 7 in a row, one after the other all day! All serious top level operational brass... 2 Mgrs, 2 Dirs, 2 VPs and the SVP for 2 hours (all others 1 hr each). Again, culture is key and Procore is diligent about hiring exceptionally well.
