First round - phone screen with recruiter; second round - formal interview with team lead outlining experience and behavioral questions; third round - another formal interview with VP this time, behavioral and experience questions; recruiter called after third round with offer - lots of feedback along the way which is awesome!

The interview process is easily navigable, the consultants help you through the process. The job itself can be a bit monotones but doable if you are comfortable with KPIs. You are provided a package with all the information needed in order to be fully informed for the interview process.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for a recruiting firm? And are you comfortable with an agency environment?
3 stages, Stage 1 initial screening about motivations, stage 2 with the manager on motivations and knowledge of the drug industry and 3rd was a presentation with managers and directors with set questions. All occurred in a matter of 2 weeks.
