J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Process Solutions (WA)

This was the fastest and strangest interview process I have ever had. The process was incredibly fast. I submitted my resume and was called by the CEO with in 30 minutes. I went in for my interview and everything went well and was told I was going to get an offer. We had some discrepancy on salary and vacation expectations but I am far more interested in mentorship than optimizing my salary.
After being given the offer I was given 24 hours to respond. I wanted to accept the offer and was really excited to start. I did push back on a few pieces in the offer. I asked for a slightly higher salary, and a few more days of vacation as both were under what I had asked for initially. As a result he rescinded the offer. There was no negotiation. He was afraid I would immediately look for a new offer if I came in the door feeling underpaid. He was very respectful and straightforward thorough this process but that was so strange. Be wary of who you are working for.

I submitted an online ez-apply application. I was then contacted directly by the hiring manager via email approximately 3 weeks later. We scheduled an in person interview at company headquarters in Stanwood, WA for the following Monday. I arrived and called the manager as the front door was locked. He let me in and we went to a conference room to do the interview. He asked me about my previous experience, what technologies I had experience with, and a standard behavioral question. He then gave me a tour of the facility, which looked like a good work environment.
