I interviewed over the phone with a recruiter and then with a technical person. Finally I had a face to face with manager and received an offer the same day.

I applied online and had a phone screening over phone and onsite interview. The phone screening was below junior level and very little bit near technical side. Most questions during onsite interview was only about personality and attitude. Nothing was related to real-life technical aspects.
