      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Procede Software en déc. 2024

      Entretien

      First two phone calls went great, smooth and very professional. Both promising. The final call was a virtual call with the CEO. He was not present when it started so I was speaking with the CCO at first, everything good, the CEO joined and his demeanor the entire time was basically that I was wasting his time, he questioned why I would apply if I didn't have the same passion for his company that he did, which I responded with the fact that I was not very passionate about my current company when I applied but have been very successful with multiple promotions. I was asked about the current position what I know, I answered with the information I learned in the two previous phone calls from members of their team. He talked down on me and to be honest, nothing about my conversation with him was professional on his end. He was ready to end the meeting early and he left me with the CCO to finish. If I were to get an offer, I would have declined, I wish I would have had the option to give feedback, but he was incredibly rude. I get you should be pushed in an interview to see how you can respond but this was a different level of unprofessionalism.
