HR/Consultant Called as ProT HR plus "crystalfact" owner for requirement as MEAN stack developer. Process of hiring is quick with 3 different rounds. 1. Apptitude & Program test 2. Programming test 3. Interview with Director and 2 top senior person. I cleared all interview as I feel. Got a call from HR/Consultant about the offer but I already clerified my expectation initially even after they came for negotiation and after I denied they told we can't offer you and reject me based on expectations. If they can't offer based on expectation after clearing all round why they're wasting everyone time.
