Not worth it, the job description is misleading making the position seem like it is doing more than simply being a head hunter. The people are nice and the company does have good clients and reviews but there is little room for growth with long hours and completely in person.

I applied for the position through a linkedin post. I got a call from a recruiter about 20 minutes later who asked general questions and then set up a time for me to come in the following week. When I came into the office the recruiter I met with actually interviewed me as if I were to be placed elsewhere through PSG. When I expressed my interest in working within the company, the recruiter had me meet with another person from her team. Overall it was a positive experience- very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Both interviewers were very thorough and helpful throughout the process.
