Pathetic interview process. Current and Expected CTC was recieved throuth a paper form with few other questions. The discusting part was the salary negotiation after clearing 3 levels of interview. They negotiated down to less than 3% from 30% of expectation. 3 levels of interview. First level was good. Second level was System Testing.(for 10 years of experience??!!). Thrid with VP and Director. I rejected the offer.
