Met with the VP of HR and the VP of Business Development. The process was low stress and seemed to be more of a casual conversation than a structured interview. Both interviews took less than 1 hour.
This company is so unprofessional I would reconsider doing business with a company like this. The first time I interviewed with them. Their recruiters try to hype you up like you will be selected. This time the recruiter rescheduled the meeting last minute and rescheduled so I accepted. The recruiter didn’t bother sending an email why it was rescheduled. The day came to the rescheduled interview and the recruiter cancels last minute and again didn’t bother to explain why. Instead I received an automated rejection email. Interview practices extremely unprofessional and bad look for the company.
