Quick, Simple interview.
Not really informative, didn't take the time to get to know me professionally or my background. I feel like it was more a number quota interview. Did not receive a personal follow-up.

Entretien
This was my second time being considered at Privy. I made the final round of the interview process for another role back in February but didn't get it. When this current role came up, myself and the company agreed this could be a more appropriate fit, so I was excited to get back into the process & pipeline.
The interview was 30 minutes long via Zoom with the hiring manager. The call itself went well, and she enthusiastically invited me on the spot to the next & final round of interviews, which would be to do an assignment and present it to her another manager.
I was very excited to get verbal confirmation of the next step by the hiring manager herself. I then also got an email a couple days later confirming the date & time of the final interview. 1.5 hours after getting confirmation and receiving the assignment details, their head of TA calls me to tell me that the hiring manager changed her mind because they have "other candidates that would require less ramp-up time" and canceled the second interview on me without following through or giving me a fair chance.
This was an extremely poor candidate experience & beyond upsetting. I would not recommend this company, as they promote that the right candidate isn't about having the perfect work experience, yet cancel on candidates due to a quick change of heart because they just assume others will require less time invested. Extremely disappointing and inappropriate experience
