Because this was a 3rd party contractor position, I was originally approached by people I worked with 15 years ago to take the position that I was already qualified for. I received a call from the president who did the phone interview. We just talked about my experience with the people purchasing the contract for which I would be working. There were several phone conversations regarding the starting schedule due to new equipment being shipped and I would be on hold until the shipment.

I was contacted by the company & informed of a job opportunity that my resume skills matched. I was asked a few questions about my previous employment and I was asked if I was willing to travel.
