Started with a 15-minute phone interview with an HR generalist. No big shakes. Very standard questions that showed the HR person really didn't understand the actual ins and outs of the position. Followed a week later by the hiring manager. That was followed by a series of interviews with team members and individuals higher up in the org structure.
