Way too much time and preparation needed for an "On demand video interview", not worth it for a company that does not even want to bother interacting with candidates. My position is in demand and even though video interviews are normal now, most companies let you talk to a hiring manager. I'm a technical person, not an actor shooting a movie. Privacy concerns as well. Not a good look.
