I applied for Principal Global via campus recruitment process. As there were no specific criteria for applying, hence it had 500+ registrations from nearly all branches of engineering. The recruitment process consisted of 6 rounds. Round 1 was an online exam which had word problems based on Quantitative Aptitude. It had 18 questions and 45 minutes were allotted to solve it. 190 students were shortlisted for the next round. Round 2 - was eLitmus pH test. This was an offline exam covering quantitative, logical and verbal questions. there was a total of 60 questions (20 questions per section) and each question carried 10 marks. After 2nd round, 45 students were shortlisted and they were called for an interview at the company office. Round 3 was a technical interview. Some students from IT and computer background were asked technical questions based on programming, data structures, and DBMS. Others were asked mostly questions based on Resume. Round 4 was a puzzle round. In this round, you are given 6 puzzles to solve. Once you clear this round then Step 5 and 6 are HR rounds. I was not lucky enough to get a job. After the final HR round, 7 students were shortlisted. Out of this 7, 6 were selected and I was rejected.
