I was first approached by an HR member of principal, who scheduled my interview with keeping my convenience in mind. She was really supportive and I was in a very bad place personally so she even speeded the process for me. The interview process consisted of 3 levels - Technical, Technical with delivery manager and HR. The interviews went really well and HR round mostly focussed on knowing my strengths and weaknesses. At the end, not only did i receive an offer, they offered me 20% more than what I had asked for.
