Had a phone interview with HR, then a two hour phone interview with several IT managers and other staff. It was a smooth and great experience.

I had one interview by phone that was just a general interview that involved questions about my resume and my work experience. The 2nd interview was on site in Des Moines, and this was the same type of interview. I met with two Principal employee's and went over my work experience and such again with them. Overall very simple and easy process.
