I applied online and within one day had received a response to complete an assessment. After completing the assessment, I was asked to come in for an interview. During the interview I met with the director and assistant director.

Intimidating the people there make you very nervous. You have to go through hours of training on the computer and the staff they hired before you isn't always that welcoming towards new comers.
