I had first to reply to preliminary questions by email about my experience, ideal environment, salary expectation and visa. I was then invited to schedule a first call with them, which I did and they accepted. However they never called me at the scheduled time, nor did they answer my emails asking if they was a miscommunication and if they wanted to reschedule. I only got an answer when I emailed them again one week later to close the application process on my end and wish them well. A very short email, with no explanation and excuses, just a reschedule link. It would have been very easy on their part to invent any excuse and apologise. Quite unprofessional behaviour.
